TP Placer EA Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a TP (Take Profit) Placer EA (Expert Advisor) for me.The EA must automatically place TP when counting points from price not from where it opened
Key Requirements:
- The EA should primarily focus on Automatic Take Profit placement.as soon as 1 running order is manually closed.
at given points from inputs
Example
If i open buy and a sell orders to run same time they are not making profit but when 1 running order is closed either buy or sell the left one will start profiting.
So what i want here is that the EA must automatically place the TP to the left running order counting points from price not from where it opened.
