Pine Script for TradingView Alert Trigger

I'm currently using a script on TradingView that triggers an alert based on a certain condition. What I need now is a custom Pine Script to trigger a second alert whenever the first alert is activated. I need this new script to be able to:
- Detect and respond to the activation of the first alert, turning on a predefined second alert.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
