Pine Script Developer - TradingView

Looking for a Pine Script developer with experience.
The goal is to create a TradingView Indicator. Some code is already developed but it has to be integrated with some new one that has to be developed from scratch.
It is not a full strategy that need backtesting.
The indicator doesn't provide entry and exit point but it suggest by painting the area between 2 EMA when a condition list is respected as in the picture attached.
