Options Day Trading Assistant

I am looking for a trading assistant who can execute options trades based on my set criteria using Thinkorswim as the preferred trading platform. The ideal candidate will be capable of monitoring market trends and news, as well as researching potential trades.
I am looking for someone who can execute options trades provided by me in a timely fashion, between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM EST (NY time). The desired level of involvement in the trading process is semi-autonomous. Therefore, I am seeking a candidate who has experience in trading and is capable of working independently.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
