Optimize existing EA

I need to optimize an EA , strategy is I am using chart scanners . These scanners are
Candle stick pattern with RSI filter
Double top and bottom scanner
These scanners scan the charts and send me Buy and Sell alert when conditions met as per selected.
Author has also made an EA called Signal EA. Just need to link my scanner alerts with EA and some optimization (file attached of signal EA)
