Ninjatrader indicator order entry tool modification

Hey there,
I'm looking to modify an indicator. I don't know if the install files contain everything you need to make a modification. So I am inquiring to learn more about the process, figure out if it's possible, and what the cost would be. The indicator I've included in the attached files is what I want to modify. It is an order entry tool, and currently will create a limit order on a tick chart at the close of the previous bar. What I would like to do, is have the option to create a 'stop limit' order at + 1 tick from the close of the previous bar. Let me know if you understand what I mean after viewing the indicator. Thanks for your help.
The folder contains a .txt file, .cs file, and .dll file.
Looks to me that this will require some reverse engineering or decompiling to make any changes.
