Ninjatrader 8 Strategy

I need a strategy coded that uses the VWAP and multitimeframe EMA's and makes automatic entry and exit. There are four different entries that can each be enabled or disabled so I can test each independently. I need the code commented well. I need a copy of the code, and an NDA.
