Ninjatrader 8 Indicator

This indicator will allow me to draw a red or green dot I manually draw on a chart and then the indicator will automatically draw rays at various price levels. These rays are based on an indicator parameter named "Levels list" that contain up to 10 integer values. I will also require toolbar buttons for red and green in order to quickly engage/ disengage the dot drawing. When I disengage the dot color the previously drawn levels and dot of that color disappear. As long as the color button is engaged the dot and levels remain. Example shown in the jpeg file.
