Need strategy that will evenly spread account balance into which ever instruments are long (open). If more instruments are traded next day, and current positions are still open, need to reduce shares in open positions to free up cash for equal weighting in all open positions. Goal is to always be fully invested, no matter how many different open long positions there are on any given day. must be backtestable.
