NinjaTrader 8 Signal Server

I need somebody to create enable a strategy or indicator on one computer (Computer A) to send a signal to a server and have another Strategy running on another computer (computer B) pull that signal. What we are doing is essentially allowing one computer to take the trade from a signal generated from another computer and putting a server between the 2 computers the receiver of the signal does not know where it's coming from and does not have the order entry logic on their pc.

This job will need somebody that is an expert with the NinjaTrader 8 platform and also knows how to setup a signal based api to to pass data between computers. I need this done asap so ideally I want to hire somebody that has done this before the project can be completed this week.
