Need someone to identify trend or market structure for My current EA or expert Advisor -- 2

Hello I am in need of someone to implement a strategy where my EA will execute the buys and sells according to the market structure or trend. I am not 100 percent sure on how to identify this trend on the higher time frame so if you are able to do so and implement that into my EA please reach out to me.
