Need a meta trader 5 expert

I bought an Expert Advisor, It performs how I would like although it does not have the correct money management system I want. I would like to at least keep the Daily breakout and moving average inputs from the the EA. I would like someone to add stop loss as x times the ATR at the time the trade was placed, and for the EA to automatically calculate the lots to risk 2% of the account balance, and for the take profit to be set based upon a risk reward ratio from the stop loss calculated. The expert advisor I currently have is uneditable as it is in .ex5 but I have uploaded it anyway so you could see how the daily breakout and moving average inputs work because again, I would like these to be in the new EA.
