Need a coder to make an expert advisor to trade forex

Want to setup an expert advisor to buy/sell at the same time or independently. Should be able to manipulate the levels that it has pending orders at, as well as take profit and stop levels. Should also have the ability to open up another order once a take profit/stop loss has been hit to take advantage of sideways moving markets. I'm going to attach a sample... but this sample has a lot of unecessary indicators on it. This project shouldn't need any indicators.
