Moving averages ea -- 2

I want to build the following EA.

Pick a TF let us say 5 min. ( changeable)

Have the following SMOOTH Moving averages.

4,
15
21
50


With the trend trades :
If the sma 4 crosses the 15 upward.

And sma 21 is above 50

We buy with trailing SL : the SL occurs when sma 4 passes below sma 15. And TP a ratio 1.5 or 2 / 1 ( changeable parameters).


If the sma 4 crosses the 15 downward.

And sma 21 is below 50

We sell with trailing SL the SL occurs when sma 4 passes above sma 15. And TP a ratio 1.5 or 2 / 1 ( changeable parameters).

And we keep trading as many times as the sma 4 crosses sma 15 in the right direction.

Meaning if we bought and got stopped at sma 4 passing below sma 15. We buy again when sma4 passes above sma15 and other conditions met.



Reversal trades:

SMa 21 above sma 50.

But sma 4 below sma 15.

We need price to be below sma50 to take the sell with SL the sma4 staying below sma 15 and Risk ratio 1.5 or 2/1.



SMa 21 below sma 50.

But sma 4 above sma 15.

We need price to be above sma50 to take the sell with SL the sma4 staying above sma 15 and Risk ratio 1.5 or 2/1.

All parameters : periods, day of time of trading, Sl parameters trailing SL option should be available etcc should be modifiable at any point in time
