Meta Trader EA

I am looking for an expert who can code my strategy in Meta trader, I have the required indicators based on the strategy, it is very simple just need to code the entry/exit rules, trailing SL, Risk management (in %age, fixed lot size, the balance of the account and equity lot per $1000) and partial close (eg;20%) of total lot size on each resistance and support (I have indictor for this S&R levels) based on the indicators and follow the trailing SL to secure the positions after that we will do backtest and do improvements if needed.
