Make indicator NOT REPAINT (+ Minor adjustments)

My max budget os $50

I have an indicator that somewhat repaints and will like you to work on it

1. Make indicator No repaint
2. Mark cross with dot when cross 0 (On/Off) + resizeable + Alert
3. No. of lookback arrows/dots to draw: 0/value
4. Sell arrow on top
5. Select to go to properties
6. Show or Hide window 2 (Default = Hide) + Alert
