Make Indicator Work as EA

The EA should have:-

-Lot size
-Martingale :On/Off ( if losing position closed, next position opened is doubled x2)
-Grid option: On/Off
- Grid Multiplier:
- Grid Distance:
-Option for TP SL. Close by TP and SL (True/False)
-option for no TP SL but to open and close position once New Indicator Signal appear. Close by opposite signal (True/False)

-Trialing Stop

- Time settings (True/False)

Start Time 00:00
End Time 23:00
-magic

-If I close manually or by TP/SL then wait for next signal.

other Indicator inputs to be shown in the EA.
- Strategy to chosen for the indicator: Strategy 1 or Strategy 2


- The developer is fine if I requested new inputs during the job period and I'm welcome for any recommendation and suggestions.
