Looking for an indicator to be built for ninja trader 8

Looking for an indicator to be built for ninja trader 8. There are a lot of indicators that will do second entry long and second entry short for trading based on price action. Basically they keep count of what pullback you are on. I'm looking for an indicator to be created with open source code so that we can tweak on it later, that will keep count of the higher lows and the lower highs on pullbacks to alert of when there are second entries to be taken but also the biggest difference on this one is I wanted to signal for third entries. Another parameter would be it needs to Mark the high low and mid-level of the previous candle before the third entry. I have examples of this on charts. I want to have the versatility of getting alerts, signals, be able to manual trade and to auto trade with the setup.
