Indicator with alert

Hello, I would like an indicator with an alert for a trading strategy I have. There are two conditions that must be completed before the alert is triggered. The first condition is that the 13 ema and the 50 ema must cross. The second condition is that the price must pullback to the 50 ema at least 25 pips or more, then the alert will be triggered. Anything less that 25 pips is no good, must be 25 pips before the alert is triggered.
