Indicator skips Alerts even when the conditions are True

Hi Guys,
I have an issue with an indicator that sends me Alerts when certain conditions are True.
What I am finding difficult is the fact that the indicator does send the alerts, BUT only on a number of alerts and not everything.
This is rather frustrating for me because the Alerts that are high probabilities are usually missed and never get sent to my phone.
