NT8 Indicator For Fibonacci Retracement

Develop an NT8 indicator that draws Fib on double click just like NT7 does.
So if
a) I double click near the lower side of the chart, Fib is drawn from the lowest price to the highest price on the chart.
b) I double click near the higher side of the chart, Fib is drawn from the highest price to the lowest price on the chart.
So if
a) I double click near the lower side of the chart, Fib is drawn from the lowest price to the highest price on the chart.
b) I double click near the higher side of the chart, Fib is drawn from the highest price to the lowest price on the chart.
