Forex advice indicator

I need to build a telegram advice with my setting in forex indicator.
For all the currency and commodity I need to receive a message in some condition.
The indicator to set are:
RSI
BOLLINGER BANDS
MOVING AVARAGE (3 TIMES)
MACD
Is important to follow the correct sequancy of the indicator for build the bot
In total I need to build 3 advice
