I'm in need of a skilled AI programmer to help create a sophisticated Expert Advisor (EA) for forex trading. The EA will mainly be used for deciding when to buy or sell in the forex market and closing bids profitably.
Key features:
- The EA should use a specific set of rules and parameters developed in an Excel sheet. Detailed overview will be shared on commencement of the project.
- The ability to operate both manually and be always active is a must.
