Flexible Range Strategy for Ninjatrader 8 -- 2

I would like to have a strategy programmed that only uses price and price range (tops/bottoms) to calculate entries. It's pretty straightforward, a potential top/bottom is calculated and when confirmed limit orders are placed. Strategy won't be profitable, it's merely for analyzing purposes.

Requirements;
Should work real-time and compatible with back testing in NT8
It's a flexible strategy meaning most input parameters and variables can be set by user
