Fix cTrader issue

Hi,
I need someone who is an expert and highly experienced with cTrader platform to help me fix a lotsize issue with the platform.
I am executing 100 lotsizes per trade but the trades say that the lotsizes are various sizes like 10, 1, 16 and I don’t know how to fix it.
The wrong lotsizes are being filled in each order.
If you know how to fix this please bid
