Expert Advisor Alert

I need an EA for mt4 and mt5 to alert me when there is a strong 4h candle close on a specific pair like GBPUSD. The EA will pick up GBP strength using 3 other pairs closing strong in line with the pair I plan to trade? The alert can create a pop up and a mark the area printing a start or spot where the candle closed on the chart where the trade can be taken.
