Engineer Needed for Trading Software and Algo

I'm an options trader looking for a talented software engineer to help pull market data and organize that data in a way that is optimized for my trading strategy.
I currently have a software communicating with the Interactive Brokers API and I need more functionality added.
The scope of work would include:
- Building a system to monitor real time market data
- Define price action (time and sales) behaviors, volume, order flow to send notifications based on trading strategy and watchlist
- Building a database to store all time and sales data for 10-20 stocks
