1) Blue Oak Indicator
Divergence pattern recognition.
Remove few inputs from the indicator's setting window.
2) Blue Oak EA
Correct EA malfunction as it opens only one position, ignoring any future signals.
Note: both indicator and EA files already exist, I only need to correct the code as I need them to work smoothly and independently.
