Developer of a program

l am in need of a Developer to program an EA which
will automatically replace pending orders after
hitting stop loss. For example I have 2 pending
orders buy stop and sell stop with it's stop loss each.
So when buy stop hit stop loss it taking a sell stop it
should automatically replace another buy stop
pending order with it's stop loss from when it was.
Same as when the sell stop order hit stop loss taking
buy stop it should automatically replace another sell
stop order with it's stop loss from where it was. The
