Develop a FIX Protocol data feed client

Hello, I'm looking for a developer who has experience with the Fix protocol 5.5 in order to develop a client-side app to receive the FIX data feed.
The developer must have the knowledge with FIX Protocol 5.5 (Pricing & trading connectivity).
