Custom ThinkScript Scanner Development

I'm in need of a skilled ThinkScript developer to create a custom scanner for ThinkOrSwim platform.
Key Criteria for the Scanner:
- The scanner should have the following filters for daily stock screening:
- 15 EMA & 50 MA Crossing
- Price goes above them both, comes down and holds the X, and makes a cycle low
- MACD Angles UP
- Scan all optionable tickers
Scanner Output:
- The scanner should display a list of tickers that meet the specified criteria.
Delivery Preference:
- Ideally, I would like the scanner integrated in ThinkOrSwim, or possibly as a watchlist.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in ThinkScript
- Experience in developing custom scanners for stock trading platforms
- Understanding of technical indicators and their implications
- Strong communication skills to ensure the final product meets the specified criteria.
