Custom Indicator for Think Or Swim

I need somebody to write me a code on Think or Swim that does the following things
1. Mark with a blue dotted line the highest and lowest points of the premarket.
2. I need the indicator to indicate with a purple arrow the highest or lowest point in the premarket to whatever new higher high or lower low the market creates.
