Custom Indicator SMS Alerts for TOS

I need a developer to set up real-time SMS alerts for a custom indicator on Thinkorswim (TOS). Currently, the indicator sends alerts to the TOS message center, but I want these alerts to be sent to my phone via SMS.

Requirements:
