Custom Hull Moving Average Indicator

I am looking to have a custom Hull Moving Average Indicator developed to work within backtesting software called 'Forex Tester 5'. The indicator must be 'Multi-timeframe' and able to plot based on a higher timeframe than the chart it is attached to. Tradingview provides this functionality as standard (please see attached screenshot of inputs) however, there is no such indicator as standard in Forex Tester 5. I do not need the indicator to generate any trading signals, but it should be tailored to my individual requirements.
