Creating an indicator on trading view using pine script version 5 -- 2

I need to create an indicator on trading view that notifies me when a particular currency crosses above upper Bolinger Band or when it crosses below lower Bolinger Band against at least 3 other currencies at the close of the 15 min candle at the same time. The indicator needs to show a signal of buy or sell for those pairs for which it crosses upper or lower Bolinger Bands at the same time.
