Create bot trading binance from signal pairs

I have a signal pairs for trade on binance. I want a bot buy from pairs

Ex pairs
USDT → SXP → BIDR → USDT
BUSD → VIDT → BTC → BUSD

setting
- main currency
- budget for buy pairs
- buy only main currency/buy all currency


Report
- total profit/loss all
- profit/loss pairs
- buy/sell history
- send report profit/loss pairs to telegram

condition for setting => buy all currency
Ex setting main currency is "USDT"

1. USDT → SXP → BIDR → USDT not change

2. BUSD → VIDT → BTC → BUSD change to USDT → BUSD → VIDT → BTC → BUSD → USDT

3. VG → ETH → USDT → XVG change to USDT → VG → ETH → USDT → XVG → USDT
