Cbot trade Forex on Ctrader platform

Hello programmers.
I need you to create a forex trading Cbot on ctrader platform.

The principle of operation is as follows:
- Default stop loss is 1 pip
- Default take profit is 2 pips

+ Entry sell when candle H1 close and RSI 14 cross above 70
+ Entry buy when candle H1 close and RSI 14 cross below 30

If entry1 take profit, dont entry2, if entry1 stop loss, next to entry2
