Build me an excellent reverse EA

I have tailor made EA, but always made me loss trades even after trying out varies parameter setting. Therefore, I'm trying to develop the reverse EA to take advantage from my current EA, hopefully reverse EA can give me more wining trades. In other word, if my current EA execute BUY trade, reverse EA should execute SELL trade at the same time. If current EA buy loses USD100, Reverse EA sell will earn USD100; and vise versa if current EA sell loss USD100, than reverse EA buy will earn USD100. In this aspect, I had engaged service providers before to assist me to develop the reverse EA, unfortunately unsuccess even though they had been putting in their best effort, which I appreciate the most. In order to avoid wasting of time, I attached herewith an example statement from my service provider and my evaluation result for reference.
