Build me a daily Intraday System

Hello All freelancers. I hope everyone is doing well. I am posting this request/job in order to find someone who is willing to build me a profitable intraday scalping indicator. This does not have to be a single indicator but it could be part of an entire system. What I do not want is a EA. I want to be able to sit Infront of my computer for a couple of hours and scalp the market. Please only serious programmers and coders. If you already have a manual scalping strategy that is mechanical enough to teach me, I am also looking for something like that.
