Build me a Advanced Trading Indicator

Hello, I need a professional trading indicator developer. The project that I am looking to create is a trading indicator that professions in helping beginner traders to buy and sell within the stock market what I mean by the following is it will be using calculations to predict if they stock market is at a strong buy or strong sell, I was also thinking is including a candle timer for how long you should hold your position within the stock market. Everything that I have stated will be attached within the screenshot below of how I want it to look like.
