Automated Binary option trading bot

Hi there, i want to make an apps or software which will place automated trade to broker by setting up previous entry points by me with expiry time available on broker. As a example eur/used buy call at 1.18 at next 3 hours expiry time. I just want that much.
Please help me with the software. Please post your price and time.
