Automated Binance Crypto Trading Bot

As a cryptocurrency trader, I am seeking a highly competent software developer to work on an advanced Binance trading bot for me. The bot should be able to interpret my chosen indicators and respond accordingly by placing trades instantly.
Key Requirements:
- The bot should integrate with the Binance Tradeview and read the Chandelier Exit and Zero Lag LSMA indicators.
- Very specific conditions of BUY: When price is ABOVE the line and there are at least 2 solid green bars formed one higher than the other on 5 minute intervals. Take profit should be trailing so keep taking profit as long as the trend is upwards. When the reversal starts then exit position to maximise profit.
- SL is set as 0.20% of purchase price
- My aim is to BUY when the market is at the point of an upward trend.
- It should automatically transact based on the data from these indicators without manual intervention.
- The bot should only interact with cryptocurrency assets BTCUSDT ETHUSDT XRPUSDT
