Automate Trading View Indicator on Binance

I have an indicator on Trading View and need it connected to Binance for automation. It should place limit orders whenever a signal is generated, which includes both buy and sell signals. The system should also set a stop loss and targets.
Key Requirements:
- Connection to Binance: The indicator needs to be automated and connected to my Binance account.
- Order Placement: The system should place limit orders according to the signals generated by the Trading View indicator.
- Stop Loss Strategy: I prefer a fixed percentage for the stop loss strategy. This should be implemented in a way that the stop loss is set at a fixed percentage away from the entry point.
- Target Setting: The system should also set targets for each trade.
