Afl coding

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with AFL coding to create a trading strategy. The strategy I have in mind is an inside candle with volume breakout. I have a set of rules in mind for this strategy and would like the freelancer to follow those rules. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in AFL coding and be able to create a trading strategy from scratch. They should also have knowledge of technical analysis and market trends.
