Advanced MQL 5 Developer Needed

I'm looking for an experienced MQL 5 developer THAT ALREADY HAS an Expert Adviser that automates trading decisions in the Forex or Stock markets THAT NEEDS HELP TAKING THE CURRENT PRODUCT TO MARKET.
Key requirements:
- The project requires someone with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful trading algorithms.
- You must have at least 1 YEAR OF LIVE MARKET RESULTS in the field to bring this project to market.
- The trading algorithm will require advanced custom strategies.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Extensive experience with MQL 5 and Meta Trader platforms.
- A thorough understanding of Forex and Stock markets.
- Proven experience in developing successful trading algorithms.
- The ability to work with advanced, fully custom strategies. .
- Must assist with licensing and deployment, updates and maintenance
- Max monthly draw down 15%
- Will need to be available during EST
- Monthly gains of 3%+ (ideally consistently month over month of have positive return for the year of 25%+
- Low drawdown low risk will be preferred
