I need a simple EA which will take a buy position when MA(8) crosses up MA(20) and a sell position when MA(8) crosses down MA(20).
Closing the positions on reversed signal.

The EA needs to have a news filter and it will not trade 30 min before/after a news release.
The EA should be backtestable.
