prothstetic eye

This is going to be a very off the wall crazy request I lost my eye to cancer at 6 years old and cannot afford a new prothstetic as it cost 4k I have had the same 1 since I was 6 and am now 35 they should only last 7 years Max so I'm due for a new 1 I found a guy that makes his own eye shade put of titanium and it has a built in led light which turn off and on with a swipe of a magnetic ring I am trying to figure out who I can hire to fabricate something like it pref with the light but not a must have off jump as long as it can be made of titanum and have a galaxy style look to it.
