“A fly on your wall”

I would like somebody to create a relatively anatomic correct fly at least the size of a human fist but no greater than a large watermelon with metal work, recycled materials welcome, and turquoise or some blue/ indigo looking quartz or even amethyst as the eyes. The wings can be glass if possible. This is for a dear friend opening her own business.
