Re-create something made of aluminium

I would like to re-create something that is made of aluminium, I think.
It consists of several parts.
I have uploaded 2 photos which give a little oversight of the entire thing, and in the attached zip file, there are more photos of the details.

I know that I can buy aluminium pipes, but most of the other parts are custom made, I think. (perhaps I am wrong?).

I want to re-create the entire thing, but for this first project, I would first like to re-create the black aluminum thing shown in "1front.jpg".
