I'm seeking someone to address issues with my Meta Ad Manager account.

My ad accounts were disabled because my bank card expired. While attempting to add a new card, the system isn't accepting any card and is indicating an unusual activities issue. I have contacted the support team, but unfortunately, there have been no results. I need assistance in resolving this issue with my accounts or obtaining the option to run ads using a different ad account for the same Facebook pages.
